History
Color Science was established as a subsidiary of Modified
Plastics in 1989 as the need for an accurate color house
that could offer the fast turnaround Modified Plastics
customers expected. Color Science has continued the
Modified Plastics tradition of excellent quality and
exceptional customer service. Color Science unparalleled
ability provide color matches and lot-to-lot consistency,
and has been integral in the growth Modified Plastics.

Color Science provides color concentrates, pre-color,
dry color and color matches made specifically for
our customers’ needs at a competitive price.
Custom colors and industry standard colors are typically
available with a short lead-time.
Compliance certification requirements such as RoHS,
UL, FDA, etc. are available upon request in many of
the items produced by Color Science. Our facility
is capable of matching and producing not only standard
colors, but also a range of metallics, pearlescents,
sparkles and granites as a part of the wide selection
of items available.
